Instructions
First you're going to take your coconut oil and melt it in the microwave or however you prefer.
Now add in your peanut butter and get it blended with the coconut oil.
Next add in your maple syrup and vanilla. Give it another stir.
Add in your oats and almond flour, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.
Finally, fold in your chocolate chips.
Cover and put in the refrigerator to set for twenty minutes.
Take them out and form tiny little bite size balls.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
Play around this this recipe if there is an ingredient that you don't have on hand. It is pretty adaptable.
