These Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites are delicious and packed with protein. They are a healthy treat that you keep right in the freezer and get one out when your sweet tooth hits.
n a mixing bowl, combine greek yogurt, protein powder, almond flour, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix well and fill your silicone molds. Try to not leave a bunch spilling over the molds because it will freeze that way and be messy.
Put it in the freezer and leave it to harden for 2 hours.
When it is totally set, carefully pop them out of the molds.
Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together and drizzle over top.
Your chocolate should melt within about 30 seconds. Stir frequently until no clumps remain.
Drizzle over eggs + enjoy for weeks to come!
Notes
You can use whichever protein powder you have. I really like Just Ingredients because it doesn’t have anything questionable in it. You could use a chocolate protein powder with a little more peanut butter or PB2.
Keep in the freezer. Allow them to thaw for 10 minutes or so before eating. Do not put them in the refrigerator. They get too soft and fall apart.
