hese sheet pan steak fajitas with lime marinade are bold and delicious. They take minimal hands-on time to make and you’ll have hardly any dishes in the end. They are a great option for an easy and healthy dinner.
Ideally, the night before you will cut up your skirt steak and let it marinate in an airtight container. If you can’t do that, it’s okay. Try to let it marinate for an hour or as long as you have time for. Again, it’s okay if you are hurrying, it will just be more flavorful if it marinates.
First, cut up your steak. Get your steak in the marinade. Then cut your peppers and onion up. Slice up your butter and set it aside. If you are making homemade tortillas, get an easy recipe here and get started on those. If you are using store bought, skip this step.
Preheat your oven to 450°F.
Line your sheet pan with parchment paper. Make a separate section that acts as a bowl for the steak and marinade. Sprinkle some Lawry’s garlic seasoning over the onion and peppers. Spray them with avocado or olive oil. Add your sliced up butter over the top of the steak and vegetables.
Bake until the steaks reach your desired cooking level.
Notes
Ideally, the night before you will cut up your skirt steak and let it marinate. If you can’t do that, it’s okay. It just won’t be quite as flavorful.
If you don’t have an avocado oil spray, it’s okay to drizzle on avocado oil or olive oil and lightly coat your peppers and onion.
