Chocolate ChipsI have used dark and semi-sweet. Both are good. I use about ½ Cup of mini chocolate chips.

This cottage cheese cookie dough recipe is so simple. First you need to blend your cottage cheese with the maple syrup and vanilla. Once that it smooth mix in the almond flour and protein powder. Then fold in your chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt.
Notes
The first time you make this, use 16 Oz of cottage cheese to get a feel for the texture. I like to use a little more.Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. The Texture and flavor hold very well!
