This easy sheet Pan Cheeseburger and Potato medley is simple and versatile. It requires very little prep time before it's ready to pop in the oven and you don't need exact ingredients. The best part might be that you will only have one pan to wash after dinner.
Step 1:IPreheat your oven to 425℉. If you are using regular carrots, wash, peel and cut them into coins. If you are using ground beef, shape your burgers. Skip if using beef patties and baby carrots. Wash and cut potatoes and roughly chop onions.
Step 2: layer on your sheet pan: carrots and onions throughout the bottom, then add beef patties along the sides. Place your potatoes down the muddle. If your pan seems crowded that's okay, the burgers will shrink.
Step 3: Add seasonings of choice, we like lawry's garlic salt and black pepper, and onion powder. Then cover with parchment paper or foil and bake until veggies and potatoes are soft and burgers have an internal temp of 165℉. Usually somewhere around 45 minutes. Check around ½ hour.
Step 4: When everything is cooked, add some cheese on top of your burgers and leave in the oven until melted. This is what your sheet pan meal will look like when it's done.
Notes
For the easiest prep: Use baby carrots and pre made beef patties. Enjoy! :)
