This easy sheet Pan Cheeseburger and Potato medley is simple and versatile. It requires very little prep time before it's ready to pop in the oven and you don't need exact ingredients. The best part might be that you will only have one pan to wash after dinner.

This is a healthy and balanced meal with easy prep and cleanup. It is a great meal for busy weeknights or any time that you would rather not spend too much time in the kitchen. The assembly of this sheet pan meal is very much layer it on and pop it in the oven. Those are the best ones!
This was inspired by my sheet pan garlic chicken and broccoli. Our family loves easy sheet pan meals, especially during summer when we want to be outside as much as possible. We try to keep meal prep time and clean up easy and quick.

See recipe card for all other ingredients and quantities.
Instructions
To throw this sheet pan meal together, gather your ingredients and preheat your oven to 425℉.

- Step 1: If you are using regular carrots, wash, peel and cut them into coins. If you are using ground beef, shape your burgers. Skip if using beef patties and baby carrots. Wash and cut potatoes and roughly chop onions.

- Step 2: Layer on your sheet pan: carrots and onions throughout the bottom, then add beef patties along the sides. Place your potatoes down the muddle. If your pan seems crowded that's okay, the burgers will shrink.

- Step 3: Add seasonings of choice, we like lawry's garlic salt and black pepper, and onion powder. Then cover with parchment paper or foil and bake until veggies and potatoes are soft and burgers have an internal temp of 165℉.

- Step 4: When everything is cooked, add some cheese on top of your burgers and leave in the oven until melted. This is what your sheet pan meal will look like when it's done.
Hint: You can use pre made burger patties and baby carrots for the easiest dinner prep.
Substitutions
- Beets- instead of carrots, you can use beets because they have a similar cooking time.
Variations
Experiment with different veggies and seasonings to make this recipe your own. Maybe you could add a sauce. I like to keep it as simple as possible.
