Easy sourdough discard chocolate chip cookies

Instructions
Pre heat your oven to 350°F
First gather all of your ingredients and one large bowl
Melt your butter so there are no lumps
Stir in your egg, sugar, sourdough discard, vanilla extract
Then mix all of your wet ingredients until well combined
On top of your wet ingredients add in the flour, salt, baking soda
Stir the dry ingredients around a bit before you fold them into the wet ingredients
After everything is stirred well it's time to fold in your chocolate chips
Divide evenly among 24 cookies
Create a ball and gently press down to flatten it a little
Bake 8-10 minutes
