This just means for every 1 tablespoon of sesame oiluse 2 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Instructions
Gather everything you need.
Wash and chop your cabbage or cheat like me and buy it pre-washed and shredded.
Peel and mince your ginger, I have also used the ginger paste and that works great, too. Mince your garlic. Wash and slice your green onions.
Get your skillet hot on medium high heat.
Add your ground beef, ginger, and garlic.
Once your beef is fully cooked, drain the grease. Add in about 2 tablespoon of soy sauce and finish browning the beef. Once it is done, set aside.
In the same pan add in your rice cauliflower and carrots and cook until tender. Add in your cabbage and stir every few minutes until it is fully cooked. I like to leave a little crunch. Add some salt and pepper.
Add your ground beef back into the pan and stir to combine everything.
In your dipping bowl, add 1 Part Sesame oil and 2 Parts Soy Sauce. This just means for every 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, use 2 tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir well and pour over your bowls once they are plated. Top with green onions. Enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have cauliflower rice you can add some cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until it's broken up enough to be similar to cauliflower rice.Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It's good for about 3-4 days.You could serve this over regular rice if you wanted. I have used both separately and together. You could replace the soy sauce with coconut aminos, but add a little bit more salt than you would if you used soy sauce.
