These kid approved peanut butter maple banana bites are delicious, nutritious, and take just 5 minutes to make. If you have picky eaters, this little snack is for you! The best part is that big kids can make these for themselves and little one's can still help, too.
Wash your hands and grab your ingredients and equipment.
Peel and cut your banana into quarter like slices. However thick you want; I usually do about ½ inch.
Spread the banana slices out on your plate.
Microwave your peanut butter until melted (About 15 seconds) and then add in your pure maple syrup.
Stir it together and then dollop it into your banana slices.
Add your coconut oil and dark chocolate together and microwave to melt. Make sure you are stirring every 10 seconds until melted.
Drizzle over the plate. Add other toppings if you want.
Enjoy!
Notes
You don't have to measure anything. You can estimate. Play around with different substitutions if there is something you don't have. There are so many toppings you could add!
