Simple Chicken Salad
This requires minimal ingredients and comes together in 5 minutes. Great on sourdough toast.

chicken
diced rotisserie or any cooked chicken
½
onion
small or about ⅓ Cup finely diced
1
celery stalk
or about ⅓ cup- finely diced

grapes
(a handful)

greek yogurt
plain

tablespoon
mayo
⅛
teaspoon
black pepper
¼
teaspoon
garlic salt
- I prefer Lawrys
optional- green onion for the top
Instructions
Gather all of your ingredients and one medium size bowl
First dice everything up finely
Combine it all in one big bowl and give it a taste test
Add more black pepper and garlic salt to your preference ( I added a little more of each at the end)
I love to add sliced green onion to mine but I did not have any this particular day
Best served on toasted sourdough as an open face sandwich
