First gather up all of your ingredients and your scale and plug your waffle maker in
Next grab a bowl and add in all of your measured wet ingredients- including your eggs
Then mix your protein powder into the wet ingredients. Even though it’s technically a dry ingredient I find that it works best this way.
I like as few dishes as possible so I add the dry ingredients right on top of the wet ingredients and stir them together a little before folding them into the wet ingredients
Combine everything until it is a smooth consistency.
If your batter seems too thick, add a little more almond milk. If it seems too thin, add a little more flour.
Once you have reached your desired consistency it’s time to add the batter to your waffle maker
Finally, it’s time to eat!

This recipe will make about 14 waffles. You can find my simple blueberry syrup under my breakfast tab.
