Chicken meatballs with Parmesan are a delightful twist on a classic dish. Infused with the rich, nutty flavor of Parmesan cheese, these meatballs are not only scrumptious but also easy to prepare, making them perfect for a hassle-free weeknight dinner. Each bite is packed with flavor, ensuring they are a hit among both children and adults. Serve them over a bed of freshly cooked pasta, or enjoy them with a side of steamed vegetables for a wholesome meal.

These chicken meatballs with parmesan are super delicious paired with pasta and green beans. My favorite pasta to serve with these meatballs is simple. Cook the pasta according to the instructions and then add some salted butter, garlic powder, grated parmesan, and loads of Italian seasoning. Another dish to pair with these chicken meatballs are air fryer crispy potatoes and broccoli. The possibilities are endless.

Instructions

- Try to get as much moisture as you can out of the ground chicken. You can press it out with paper towels.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your ground chicken, freshly minced garlic, 1 egg, parmesan, and all of your other seasonings.
- Once everything is fully combined, make the mixture into small balls that are about 2 tablespoon big. Size just depends on your preferences. I like to use gloves and roll them with my hands.
- Get your pan hot on medium high heat and add in a couple tablespoons of olive oil.
- Lay the meatballs in and make sure that none of them are touching. After a couple minutes they should be browning on the side making contact with the pan.
- Once the first spot is browned, rotate them and keep doing this until they are fully cooked and the internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Enjoy with some veggies and your favorite pasta!
Hints: Make sure your pan is very hot and oiled before adding the meatballs. Wait for the meatballs to brown a little bit before turning them so that they don't fall apart. They are fragile when they are raw. Keep a spatula and a pair of tongs handy. If you like them spicier, use more crushed red pepper flakes.

Top tip
Try to remove as much moisture as you can so that the meatballs are easier to cook.
Since it's chicken, please make sure that you cook to an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
FAQ
No, I wouldn't. Beef will be a totally different flavor.
Ground turkey would be a closer flavor to chicken than beef. I haven't personally tried this yet, but you could experiment.
