    Ingredients

    ingredients for high protein mousse
    • Greek Yogurt
    • Vanilla Protein Powder, I like Just Ingredients brand
    • PB2
    • Pure Maple Syrup or honey

    See recipe card for quantities.

    Instructions

Use this section for process shots, alternating between the step and image showing the step. Users don't like seeing process shots cluttering up the recipe card, so include your process shots here.

Add your plain Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.

Mix in your pure maple syrup or honey.

Add in your PB2 and protein powder.

Whisk until fully combined and fluffy and smooth like mousse.

Hint: It's easiest to mix if you add in your pure maple syrup or honey first. Once its mixed well with the yogurt then add in your powdered ingredients. You can eyeball the ingredients instead of measuring and use the scoops that come with the protein powder and PB2.

    Substitutions

If you know how to make the recipe fit a certain diet, let the reader know here. Don't fake it - only provide guidance on topics you have actual experience with.

    • Pure maple syrup - You can use honey instead if that is what you have.
    • PB2 - You can substitute for a little bit of regular peanut butter.

This recipe was inspired by the 2B Mindset.

    Variations

    • Feel free to mix in other toppings or use different flavored protein powders!

    Equipment

All you need is a bowl and a whisk. Super easy and fast!

    Storage

I don't make this ahead of time. It takes so little effort and time that you don't need to prepare it in advance. I'm not sure how it would store.

    FAQ

Can I use a different sweetener?

Yes, I have used pure maple syrup and honey which both work great. I haven't tried other sweeteners.

Does it matter if I use greek yogurt or regular?

I like to use greek yogurt because of the high protein. I haven't tried regular yogurt.

Can I use regular peanut butter?

Yes, start small and just whisk in a little bit at a time!
