    Protein Iced Coffee

This post may contain affiliate links.

If you love coffee but also want to sneak in a little extra protein, this Protein coffee is great. It’s smooth, creamy, and gives you the energy boost of coffee plus the satisfying power of protein. Whether you’re starting your day, heading to the gym, or just need an afternoon pick-me-up, this latte does it all. The best part? It takes just a few minutes to make and feels like a fancy coffee shop treat without the price tag.

On busy mornings, this recipe can double as a quick breakfast when you don’t have time to eat. Before a workout, it’s a light but energizing way to fuel your body. In the afternoon, it’s the perfect pick-me-up without the sugar crash of traditional coffee shop drinks.

    Ingredients

This is so simple and requires just a few ingredients.

    • instant coffee
    • water
    • milk
    • vanilla protein powder
    • whipped cream
    • ice

    See recipe card for quantities.

    Instructions

Grab your favorite cup with about 4 oz of cold water. Add in your favorite instant coffee ( I use about 2 tsp) and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Blend very well until everything is smooth. I like to use a milk frother- this one is awesome and well worth the money! Continue filling an additional 8 oz or to your taste preference. You can add a splash of your favorite milk for more of a latte. Add in ice and then top with whipped cream. Enjoy!

Hint: Make sure you blend before adding all of the water because it will splatter everywhere.

    Variations

Switch it up with your favorite flavors of protein powder!

    Equipment

You will want a milk frother. I like this one!

    Storage

Best fresh! Don't let it sit too long with the protein powder. It gets funky.
