Instructions
Gather everything you need and preheat your oven to 350℉. In a bowl, add your yogurt, protein powder, and a squirt of vanilla bean paste. Next add in your flour, salt, and baking powder on top. Mix lightly before stirring into your wet ingredients.

Once everything is mixed well, lightly flour your counter and place the dough on it. Grab your rolling pin and roll it out into a big rectangle that is about ½ inch thick.

Once completely rolled out, make your cinnamon sugar mixture. In a small microwave safe bowl, melt your butter and then add your coconut sugar and cinnamon. Mix well and then spread all over the top of the rolled out dough.

Next, tightly wind up the dough starting from the short side of the rectangle. Cut into about 1-1.5 inch pieces and reshape to look like a cinnamon roll before placing into your buttered 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake for about 35 minutes or until tops are a little bit golden brown. You can check around 30 minutes and bake a little longer if needed. While the cinnamon rolls are baking, get the microwave safe bowl and soften your butter and cream cheese. Once warmed and soft- mix it well, add in a splash of vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract and your powdered sugar.

Whisk together until smooth. Once the cinnamon rolls come out of the oven, drizzle over top. Enjoy!
Hint: If you like a really strong cinnamon flavor, put a little bit of cinnamon powder in your icing.
Storage
