Ingredients
This recipe is simple and easily customizable. You just need some apples and your favorite toppings!
- Apples
- Peanut Butter
- Chocolate
- Pecans
- Coconut Oil

Instructions
Wash, Core, and Peel your apples.
Cut into thin slices and layer.
Melt your chocolate with oil and Peanut butter, then add your toppings.
Layer and bake at 400°F for about 5 minutes or so.
Hint: You can use any apples you like. We love Fuji apples in my house.
Substitutions
- Peanut Butter - instead of peanut butter, you can use any nut butter of your choice.
- Chocolate- You can replace the chocolate with caramel for your sweetener
Equipment
You'll need a cutting board, peeler, knife, apple corer (optional), some microwave safe dipping bowls for melting the peanut butter and chocolate and an oven safe shallow dish for layering your apple nachos.

- 2 dipping bowls microwave safe
Ingredients
- 3 Apples
- ⅛ Cup Chocolate Dark
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- ⅛ Cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ Cup Pecans Chopped small
Instructions
- Start by washing, coring, peeling, and slicing your apples.
- Layer the apples in a baking dish.
- Melt your chocolate with coconut oil and melt your peanut butter. Drizzle over the apples.
- Add your pecans to the top and bake at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes.
